• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to access your account.
• You agree not to misuse our services or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Deal Submission and Funding

Deals submitted before 2PM may be eligible for same-day funding. All deals are subject to review and approval by our underwriting team. Approval is not guaranteed. Immediate Advances reserves the right to reject or delay funding for any reason, including incomplete documentation or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

5. Commissions and Payments

Commissions will be paid according to the agreed-upon ISO agreement. Immediate Advances is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes or third-party systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Immediate Advances and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
